1. Overview

This website is operated by ValueVista, managed by Serj Russo, str. București 59, Chișinău, Republic of Moldova ("we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

3. Products and pricing

We try to display products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay and may change without notice. We may correct errors in prices or descriptions and may cancel orders affected by an obvious error, in which case you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a pricing error; any payment will then be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal and our platform's checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, to interfere with its security, to upload malicious code, or to scrape or harvest data.

8. Intellectual property

Site content such as text, graphics, logos and design is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

10. Warranties and liability

Products are covered by any applicable manufacturer warranty and by your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
