Refund policy

We want you to love what you order from ValueVista. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • Non-returnable items: opened personal care and beauty products, underwear and swimwear, perishable goods, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Damaged, defective or incorrect items can always be reported, regardless of category.

How to start a return

  1. Email risioja@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return (photos help for damaged or defective items).
  2. We reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and the return address. Our products ship from fulfillment warehouses in the United States and Europe, so the return address depends on where your item shipped from. Packages sent without authorization cannot be accepted.
  3. Ship the item back with a trackable service and send us the tracking number.

Return shipping costs

If the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost. For all other returns (for example, a change of mind), return shipping is paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, or any time before they ship.

EU / UK customers

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
